Head chef Gareth Cowie (ex-Richard Branson’s Necker Island), will lead you through each course while you soak up stunning views of the South Island from the comfort of the lodge perched 750 feet above the Tasman Sea, and surrounded by 3,000 acres of rolling farmland.
