On Being Bold is excited to be back with another stellar event.  The focus of Bold Steps 2019 is Leadership with Purpose. This event is set to be an empowering and impactful day for women at all stages of their careers. Our speaker stories will inspire you as consider your next career and life moves. We will explore the changing face of leadership and how leaders and organisations define and create purpose.

Bold Steps 2019 is deliberately timed in early December to allow participants to get inspired before you head into the summer break. Bring members of your team or invite key clients for a day dedicated to learning, laughter and purpose.  

We will explore how leadership is changing and consider how individual leaders and their organisations decide on and live to a purpose. Whether it be your own individual sense of meaning or purpose in your work and life, or how organisations create their own purpose and relationship with society at large.

Increasingly today’s leaders need to demonstrate that they live to a personal code and with purpose in order to inspire others around them.  Organisations are also being called to account for their actions by their communities on environmental impact, social license and community and people impacts.  In a world of social media, one misstep can result in significant reputational damage, so now more than ever organisations need to be clear on their purpose and the actions they take to live that purpose. This gives us all cause to stop and think who am I as a leader?  What do I stand for? And why would people follow me? 

Join us as we hear from a first-class line up of speakers discuss what it means to live purposefully, work purposefully and what steps we can each take to assess where we are on each of these questions and develop our own personal purpose.

If a delegate’s cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the conference, the registration, less 25% refund will be given.  If a delegate’s cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the conference, no refund will be given, but you may substitute the delegate’s name with another.
