After a sold out season during Matariki last year - UPU MAI WHETŪ returns to continue to revive the words, the upu, of the early stars of Maori and Pacific literature. A special one off pop up of the first show split across two nights. Rediscover the way we came as we breathe the past into the present. Followed by the performers sharing poems written by local Pacific & Maori spoken word poets in direct response to poems in the show. It's gonna be magic.
