As part of Feast Matariki Wellington, visiting international chef and culinary artist, Charles Michel will be present a lecture and workshop on the multi-sensory science of taste and flavour.

Charles works as an experience designer and artist using food and the meal ritual as his medium and has recently appeared on the Netflix series The Final Table alongside Wellington’s own Monique Fiso of Hiakai.

This event is an interactive workshop including a curated Q&A session.

A drink on arrival is included in your ticket.
