Ms. Wednesday Blaiselle, Auckland’s Disco Debutant Diva, (winner Drag Wars, August 2018) takes you on an uproarious journey of musical cabaret, exploring what it is to be queer in 2019.

The show lovingly examines tropes and stereotypes in the queer community. The show coincides with the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall riots, which was a catalyst for the Gay Liberation and Pride Movements.

With original music and lyrics by Jason Smith (Pleasuredome, Infectious, Gays in Space) and Blaise Clotworthy (Pleasuredome, Gays in Space, Shortland Street the Musical), this event is run in association with Phoenix Entertainment and 100% of the profit will be donated to the New Zealand AIDS Foundation/Ending HIV.
