Today, diversity and inclusion (D&I) is top of mind for most boards and executives. Many businesses have policies and initiatives in place to look at how they can improve D&I within their organisations. 

Unfortunately, a lot of these programmes are run by women for women and have been focused on  Improving the internal gender statistics, which is not the way forward.

Our panel of speakers will look to break our traditional thinking on what inclusion means, who it effects and what we can do about it. We will focus on how can we be more inclusive both inside our organisations and externally with our citizens and our customers.
