Chef Monique Fiso of Hiakai, and international culinary artist Charles Michel invite you to this very special Matariki celebration.
Monique and Charles appeared as competitors on the Netflix cooking competition, The Final Table.
They have now come together to create a six-course feast representing the legend around Matariki and her daughter's (the six sisters) journey across the sky each year to visit their tupuna wahine great grandmother, Papatuanuku.
This one-off event offers a unique dining experience of incredible food, using foraged flora and exploration of indigenous flavours and ingredients, together with storytelling.
Matahiwi Estate wines, Garage Project beer and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the ticket price. Please note, you will be seated at tables of 10 for conviviality!
This event cannot cater to dietary requirements.
