Yonder are hosting this event to showcase to both travellers and tourism operators the digital future of travel and the exciting value it brings.

We explore the emerging demands of travellers and technologies such as remote check-in/sign-in, voice assistants, chatbots and conversational AI, and mobile payment methods.  We also analyse the role of TripAdisor, Google and the battle between hotels and OTA’s like to “own customers”.

If you’re an avid traveller, a tourism business operator, or someone focused on delivering the best customer service, this event is for you.  We will unpack the value drivers behind these technologies and share tips, tricks and pitfalls to adopt them.
