The Admirals won the Birgel Cup for the first time last year and will be aiming to defend it fiercely this season. We host eight home games and all are guaranteed to showcase the speed and toughness of Ice Hockey and talent of the West Auckland Admirals.
The Admirals are one of the original four NZIHL teams (now five). In the team’s exciting fourteen season history it has made four trips to the grand finals; once in the inaugural 2005, again in 2010 and 2017 before finally laying its hands on the trophy last year.
Make sure you bring some warm clothes, it can get a little cool in the stands.
