        A Christmas Village bustling with activity, loads of entertainment and thrilling racing action, this event is world famous in Oamaru. Reserve your private marquee and everything will be taken care of, leaving you free to enjoy the festivities with your guests. There's no doubt everyone will be toasting your brilliant idea come raceday!

        Gates Open at 11:00am, hospitality opens at 11:30am. First race approximately 12:00pm

        • delicious catering available on request.

        Merry Maxi Marquee

        Make yourself and your group of up to 40 comfortable in a premium spot stretching down the course proper with great views of the Winning Post! Cater yourself, or let the racing club take care of this for you.

        • private maxi marquee with premium views of the home straight and Winning Post
        • cash bar and TAB facilities in close proximity

        Oamaru's Traditional Christmas Marquee Village

        Oamaru’s famous and traditional Christmas party village is back, packed with loads of entertainment and thrilling racing action! With sweeping views of the Birdcage and Winning Post, you’ll be set to enjoy the action from one of the best locations on-course.
