The 2019 Kensington Swan Roadshow will focus on the Construction Contracts Act - covering:

• Payment claim/schedule process 
• Adjudications
• Consultant’s inclusion and retentions

The goal of the Roadshow is to provide civil contractors with practical understanding of how the Construction Contracts Act works that they can use in their businesses, as well as practical tools to use in contract negotiation.

This hour and a half long seminar will be suitable for all sized companies and your staff from managers, project managers, foremen to administrative staff.

There will be real life examples that have been experienced by CCNZ members with helpful templates and knowledge from Kensington Swan.

Refreshments will be served, allowing you time to catch-up and network with your fellow CCNZ members.

Auckland Branch Meeting 5pm to 8pm (event add-on)

Phil Goff and John Tamihere will present as mayoral candidates and answer Q & A’s. The evening will also have a project presentation from the Army Bay Ocean Outfall project (McConnell Dowell) which was a winner in both the Hirepool Construction Awards & Hynds Construction Awards (Auckland Branch). There will be a mix and mingle time, branch updates and a buffet meal will be served.
