Chess, first performed in 1985, was written by Bjorn and Benny from Abba with lyrics by Tim Rice. It is a fast paced account of a chess match in Bangkok between the American and the Russian, with all the cold war drama that historically goes with such an encounter.
There is love, tension, drama, action, classic chess moments and all set to Abba-like music that will get you humming along.
It's a fast paced show with gambits galore so check it out!!
