This is an Interislander Summer Festival event. Bring your family and friends for an exciting day out with exciting harness  racing on the grass track. Loads of FREE entertainment for the kids and live music on course. Avoid the rush and check out the prime locations for your group. Fantastic food and beverage packages available as well as private areas to set up your own picnic on the front straight.

Reserved Gazebo Spot 

Recommended for 10 people. Sidestep the morning rush and head straight to your reserved space, set amongst the heart of raceday. Personalise your party position with your own gazebo, table and chairs. Pack a picnic or take advantage of the food options on-course. 

Grade A site- $150 per site- Close to Winning post

Grade B site- $100 per site- located along the straight. 

Your package includes:

• reserved 4x6m roped off area for you and your group
• bring your own gazebo or umbrellas
• BYO beverages (BYO is restricted to this area)
• pack your own picnic or food outlets nearby
• TAB betting facilities close by.

Note: General Admission tickets not included and are required with this gazebo package - purchase separately on the gate. 
4x6m area is suitable for up to 15 people, you can extend the party with additional reserved gazebo spots.

Big Tree Enclosure

$60- $70 per person to be booked in groups of 10 

Situated by the parade ring, with it's own dedicated tote, the big tree enclosure is available for groups of 10. 
Eash site will be catered for 10 people by a services spit roast from Country Feast. All alcohol consumed in these areas must be purchased from the licenced bars onsite. Pricing is very reasonable.

$60 per person for Ploughmans Lunch

$65 per person for BBQ

$70 per person for Spit Roast

The Mot Hill

$60- $70 per person or $550-$650 for full marquee with ten guests 

Four separate mini marquees with tables and chairs and outdoor area in the hill beside the birdcage.  Fantastic views of the whole track and finish line.  Betting windows and a great choice of catered options.  Beverages available for purchase at very reasonable rates.  Sorry no BYO.
