"The announcement by the New Zealand government to require all travellers entering New Zealand to self isolate for 14 days has left Aeroflow Outlaw Nitro Funny Cars and Masterton Motorplex no choice but to cancel this event. “We are absolutely gutted” stated Masterton Motorplex Track manager Bob Wilton. “The hype and the pre-sales for this event has been un-rivaled, unfortunately we have been left with no choice but to cancel” Aeroflow Outlaw Nitro Funny Cars Series Manager Morice Mcmillin was devastated by the news, "We wanted so badly to put on a show for the Masterton crowd. The work gone into this race has been immense and to not be able to race at Masterton is devastating for the fans, the racers, and all involved in the event". All pre purchased tickets will receive a refund directly."

For the first time ever at Masterton Motorplex the Aeroflow Outlaw Nitro Funny Cars will bring 8 Nitro burning funny cars across the Tasman sea to put on side by side 400km/h+ nitro entertainment.

Also making the trip will be the super popular Chelsea Leahy in the Nitro Sheriff Wheel stander. Watch her do 400 metre wheel-stands at over 160km/h. With a kids fun zone this will be an event for the whole family.

Combined with the final of the New Zealand Dragracing championship this will be an event not to miss.
