Treat yourself and spoil your loved ones this festive season with delicious edible gifts. During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn tricks, tips and recipes from trained pastry chef and owner of Savour Cooking School, Wendy Nolan Joyce.
During the 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll make two edible goodies: a rich and nutty chocolate panforte reminiscent of traditional Christmas cakes from Siena, and a French nougat.
By the end of the workshop you will have two irresistible edible gifts to take home with you, nicely wrapped with cellophane and ribbon, plus you'll have learned the skills to recreate these recipes at home.
Both treats can be made in advance so you can have your holiday presents prepared well before the big day.
