Get hands-on with this class for passionate chocolate lovers who want to deepen their understanding of what chocolate really is!

After a highly successful series last year, Baron Hasselhoff’s invites you back to explore the world of bean-to-bar chocolate.
Learn the mysteries of cacao's amazing origin story from the jungles of southern Mexico to the modern-day bar. You will craft chocolate from the bean, delve into the terroir of cacao, learn how to decide roast profiles, the craft of inclusions and the magic of tempering chocolate.

Hosted by resident Baron's disciple, Clayton McErlane, who will delight you with tips and tricks of the cacao world while sharing some of his travel stories, illustrating that chocolate is more than just a bar.

All this over a chilled glass of bubbles.
Suitable for 16 years and up.

Ticket includes: Glass of bubbles on arrival. 2 x chocolate bars of their creation.
