Experience a unique popup by Buko and Grace Patisserie, inspired by the four elements of nature.
This dining experience includes savoury canapés and drinks upon arrival, a four-course dessert degustation, each inspired by one of the four elements (Earth, Wind, Fire and Air) carefully created and matched with ethically sourced and certified organic teas by Noble & Savage.
In between courses, chefs William Mordido and Mariah Grace will be engaging with guests to explain the inspiration for each course, joined by other foodies and dessert lovers for an evening of indulgence and innovation.
