For the first time ever, Chef Shweta of Ibis Wellington will be hosting Chef Louis Sergeant for a six-course degustation dinner. Chef Louis and Shweta previously worked together at the Hippopotamus Restaurant and Bar and are reuniting for one night to create an Indo-French fusion of their culture and cuisines.
