Join us amidst the splendour of Homewood, the heritage-listed residence of the British High Commissioner, for an exploratory night of the many unique flavours that London has to offer, using sustainably farmed natural and local ingredients.
Residence chef, James Perry, formerly of the Savoy Hotel and The Ritz in London, will treat guests to a showcasing of the diverse culinary richness driven by both London’s indigenous traditions and its vast enriching cultural history.
Guests will be greeted upon arrival with a London Gin cocktail and canapés found in the likes of Soho, Notting Hill and Brick Lane including Jamaican curried goat, Singaporean chilli crab, and Indian laziz lamb handi. Indulge in a five-course dinner of unique cosmopolitan flavours, accompanied by New Zealand wines.
