Here and Now, is a night to be present. It's about making some time to come together and to forget life’s worries, to feast and have fun. Highwater will be transformed into sensory serenity with projected visuals and live DJ throughout the night. 
 
A three-course menu focused on the here, showcasing some beautiful New Zealand produce, and the now celebrating what's in season and is best enjoyed now. New Zealand wines will be flowing throughout the night including Kindeli, DON Wines and Hermit Ram - selected for their easily drinkable, natural and sustainable production and pairing to the dishes.
 
This will be a night designed to not only tantalise the senses, but to come together as a community and to show support for local.  Guests are encouraged to dress up, lose themselves in the moment, dance in their seat, get to know someone at their table, and to enjoy being in the moment - Here and Now.
