200,000 years ago, foraging and hunting were a part of life for homo sapiens and the only way for survival. So it's time to go back to basics, get primitive and get your hands dirty! Join Vicky Ha, the Dumpling Queen, in a three-course dumpling making class. You'll learn to make dumplings from scratch using wild food and gathered ingredients that nature provides.
Dumplings will include wild venison, pork and goat meats and foraged flowers, herbs and seaweed that can be found up in the bush and coastline of Wellington.
