Starting with a brief description of the gin making process, and followed by an introduction to the 25+ botanicals available, the team will guide you through choosing your botanicals with helpful recipes available for those needing some extra inspiration.Weigh out your ingredients, begin the distillation process in your own individual still and taste four of Aurora Distillery's gins as your creation works it's magic. Once your gin has finished distilling we'll bottle and label with the name of your choosing.

 Then it’s cocktail-making time! Create Aurora Gin Slings using classic ingredients from the traditional Navy 'Pink gin, modern light tonic water and a fruity hit. Cocktails will be served with Italian Panna Cotta over a preserved South Island cherry in a gin glass for you to take home with your very own gin creation.
