Guy McMaster, winemaker and viticulturist at Palliser Estate, leads a behind-the-scenes tour of the winery and rarely seen underground cellar. 

Enjoy a glass of Palliser Estate bubbles while Guy shares his knowledge and interesting stories about the vineyard, winery and Palliser's Estate outstanding wines. After the tour, a four-course lunch prepared by the award-winning Union Square Bistro will be served in the Palliser Estate tasting room, with each delicious course expertly matched with a glass of wine.
