The Iconic Basin reserve plays host to a celebration paying homage to New Zealand's premier sporting arena. The ground that has hosted athletics, swimming, AFL, boxing, cycling, gymnastics, basketball, woodchopping, wrestling, softball & baseball, football, rugby and of course all forms of cricket, is the setting for a themed degustation dinner.

Black and Gold events will cater the event with sports stars from the Phoenix, Firebirds and Hurricanes serving and hosting the event. Sit back and enjoy this hosted dining experience made for the sports fanatic.

An evening of sporting entertainment will be provided with sports star interviews hosted by Wellingtons broadcast icons Piney and Wads, and a visual feast for your eyes with a holographic light show that celebrates everything that's great about Our Ground, the Basin Reserve.
