New Zealand's first urban farm, Shoots NZ, is hosting Field & Green and Garage Project for a unique underground dining experience showcasing the amazing flavours and versatility of microgreens. You'll enjoy a five-course degustation especially designed by Laura Greenfield and Tak Tanaka of Field & Green, highlighting the Asian and European origins of microgreens.
Each course is paired with Garage Project beers, local Te Aro Wine wines and a few surprise microgreen-infused beverages. Venture underground in the garden as Shoots NZ showcases the magical world of microgreens and their place amongst the world's most delicious flavours.
