Local game, local herbs, local fruit - always the dream, but seldom the reality with the globalised market. Wild Food, Wild Wine is all about wild foods such as goat, hare, venison and kaimoana, foraged fruits, herbs and vegetables and an array of flavours not available in a store.
Unadulterated, unprocessed, and expertly cooked by Michelin Star chef Adam Newell, then paired with wines chosen by Union Square Sommelier Daniel Dew that follow the same ethos - nothing added, nothing removed. This evening is all about new flavours and sensations.
