Join us for Morning Glow on Saturday 28 August. Amanda Fell from Amanda Fell Yoga will guide you through a vibrant glow-in-the-dark morning flow matched to beats from Playlist Project (AKA Alisha Paul).
Post-class, a delicious Winter Warmer Bircher Bowl and fresh coffee will be waiting for you. What a great way to start the weekend!
