UNA FESTA ITALIANA AL SOUL – EATING THE ITALIAN ALPS – WITH GAVIN DOYLE AND GIAPO GRAZIOLI

An unlikely collaboration between two of Auckland’s finest culinary talents, one Irish and one Italian, has led to the creation of a culinary journey through the north of Italy, high up in the Italian Alps…

Imagine yourself in the wintery Italian Alps, on your way to a fabulous dinner prepared by two highly acclaimed chefs, in this case Gavin Doyle of the iconic SOUL Bar & Bistro and Giapo Grazioli, of haute ice cream parlour Giapo.

Upon arrival, glowing fires greet you and the smell of hot roasted chestnuts fills the air… You are led into your cosy refuge where you enjoy a first taste of delectable canapes – and a promise of a great night to come.

Next, snuggle into a sumptuous and heart-warming Northern Italian-style four course sharing feast, complete with wine matching. Of course, finishing with an exclusive, delightful, delectable, never-before-seen Giapo creation. Un finale perfetto!
