Aurora Distillery teams up with four venues across the Wellington region to bring you the chance to create a special one-off batch of gin. Each event is slightly different to reflect the speciality of the venue, while Aurora Distillery introduces you to the art of gin making and talk through the botanicals involved. You'll vote on what to include and they'll make a batch of gin right right before your eyes. Be entertained with blind tastings and "gineral knowledge" and at the end of the event walk away with your very own sample bottle of one-off gin. 

At The Crooked Elm, enjoy Paul’s gastronomic degustation of gin infused inspiration, using local and indigenous ingredients with ingenious and whimsical beverage matches.

Ticket includes: A five-course dinner, matched gin cocktails, and a 100ml bottle of gin to take home.
Please note that seating for this event will be at shared tables, this means you may be seated with other people as well as the group you have booked with.
