Join the team from pop-up restaurant 'Kisa' for a ten-course feast fit for the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire. Inspiration and recipes are taken from dishes served at feasts and banquets during the rise of the empire in the 13th and 14th centuries, with dishes such as almond soup, dolmas, roasted quince with spiced lamb and beef mince, and honey halva. Join Kisa for a dinner of historical high class.
