Cafe Polo collabs with Auckland's CLIPPER, an award-winning cocktail bar inspired by the golden age of travel, a time when people would board the famous Pam Am Clipper planes and jet off in style to exotic destinations to escape prohibition. CLIPPER's creator, Barney Toy, and Cafe Polo's head chef, Adrian Green, have paired up to create a four-course First Class dinner and cocktail menu, plus a non-alcoholic welcome drink before take-off. Come along and support Auckland's hospo whanau who have had it harder than most this last year.
