      A single ingredient can hold a multitude of tastes, and Le Jardin explores a full five courses of unexpected delights found within Alpine Salmon in collaboration with Mt. Cook Alpine Salmon, Denzien Gin and Zenkuro Sake. 

      An interactive evening with local legend, Chef Roy Giam, beginning with an demonstration from Mt. Cook Alpine Salmon, followed by courses of 'nose to tail' inspired salmon dishes, all paired with Wellington's Denzien gins and Queenstown's own Zenkuro Sake.

      You will also be joined by Michael Sprague of Mt. Cook Alpine Salmon,  Mark Halton of Denzien Gin and David Joll of Queenstown's Zenkuro Sake. This will be a engaging night out for those who love salmon, gin, and all those who like to indulge in something new!

      Ticket includes: Five-course degustation dinner, matched with gin or sake.
