Last year Café Polo paid tribute to Gary Rhodes by serving up a selection of his favourite dishes. This year, Café Polos head chef, Adrian, will be focusing on another of his food heroes, with a four-course dinner celebrating the travels and culinary life of Anthony Bourdain, the true rock star of cooking and original foodie influencer for both chefs and non-chefs alike.
