Zero Waste Tacos with Amber Sturtz

Support Kaibosh Food Rescue in their battle against food poverty and food waste. Join Wellington chef Amber Sturtz from Taco Addicts for this hands-on workshop. Create tasty tacos out of food that you may have previously viewed as waste, turning unwanted food into a sensory experience. 

In this workshop, you'll create delicious, waste-free vegetarian tacos with Amber. A favourite of taco lovers in and around Wellington, Taco Addicts is a small, local business focused on serving sustainable and delicious Austin-style tacos. Amber strives to use seasonal, local ingredients and is passionate about environmental responsibility, composting, and recycling. All proceeds go to Kaibosh, helping them to work toward their vision of zero food poverty, zero food waste.
