Enjoy a sneak peek into a butchery and witness the skill and passion required to be a Preston's butcher. This event is a unique opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade from master butchers, and prepare delicious cuts to take home and enjoy later. Skilled butchers will take you through a step-by-step guide on how to make your own sausages, from meat type, fat content, how to use a sausage maker, and how to tie them. You will then learn how to debone a lamb loin, stuffing and rolling it to create a delicious lamb noisette. Butchers will also be demonstrating how to break down a whole lamb and a side of beef.
Tickets include a hands-on butchery experience, four meat dishes served throughout the night, and meat produced by you is yours to take home.
