Enjoy a complimentary glass of cava on arrival, then experience eight wines of unique tastes from a unique place. The albariza soil, the oxidative and biological ageing all create the mystery that is sherry wine that can only come from Spain. Wine is matched with tapas, the essential Spanish accompaniment. Try your hand with the "venencia" instrument, the long-handled, gravity-defying, tasting tool used to get the sherry wine from barrels.
