Cicio Cacio's owner and chef Giulio Ricatti takes you on an intimate and soulful culinary experience to a Roman street full of history: Via di Parione and the 15th century house in Rome where his grandfather and mother were raised. This street in central Rome absorbed all the culture and food of the city which has long been taken over by tourists. But stories about the war, the people who lived on the street, what they ate and how they cooked remain in memory. 

Giulio will serve an eight-course degustation of dishes inspired by his family recipes and Roman traditional food matched with rustic natural wines. Full of anecdotes and songs, this event will be a feast of flavours. Be transported through place and time to the roots of Roman cuisine as you journey to a disappeared Rome, and city that now exists only in the hearts and minds of the generations of families who once inhabited this iconic street.
