-       Foie gras de canard, sur sa brioche toasté, praliné de figues et marmelade d’orange
Duck Foie gras, fig praline & orange marmelade (GF possible)

Main :
-       Pavé de Saumon, purée de panais, beurre blanc à l’orange, carottes glacées
Salmon fillet served with parsnip purée, orange beurre blanc, glazed carrots (G.F)
