We’re excited to bring you the Plant-Based Zero Waste Cooking Workshop as part of Auckland’s Summernova Festival!
The amazing Amy Klitscher, founder of The Sustainable Food Co, will be hosting a plant-based and zero-waste workshop and cooking demonstration at the Sustainable Coastlines venue, The Flagship Education Centre in Wynyard Quarter.
Trained in Environmental Management and a certified vegan chef, Amy is delivering zero-waste meals across Auckland, with hopes of expanding and contributing more and more towards the rising movement of sustainable food.
