RIVERSTONE CASTLE TOURS
Tour the interior of Riverstone Castle with Dot Smith.

Dot will take all the tours but there may be the odd time where someone else may have to fill in to give her a break.

Dot would like everyone to wear a face mask during the tour please! 

Helpful Info:

Parking - Please park either in the main carpark by the restaurant and shops, or in the larger area south of the Riverstone complex behind the trees. Buses please use South carpark.

Meeting Place - Please walk over to the Castle for your tour, use the gate past the peacock enclosure, west of the Main Vegetable gardens. Be at the Main Entrance of the Castle that faces North 10 minutes prior to your tour time.

Times - This will be a guided tour of the interior of the castle & will take approximately 1 to 1.25 hours. You are welcome to wander around the exterior gardens etc before or after the tour.  If booking for a meal allow 1.5 hrs for tour, walking over and back etc.  NB: this time doesn’t include viewing of the castle exterior.

Accessibility - If you have someone who cannot walk to the castle please contact iTICKET who will let us know. Also be aware that the top and bottom floors can only be accessed by stairs, we do have disabled access via the west entrance for the ground floor.

Masks - Please wear a mask inside the castle.

Facilities - Please use the toilets at the Riverstone Restaurant as the Castle facilities will not be available during tours.

No shoes, bags or cameras - Shoes must be removed & carried (bring plastic bag to put them in) as you will enter in one door & exit out another. Socks are recommended. No backpacks or handbags. Please no cameras or cellphones inside the castle, you are welcome to take photos of the exterior and gardens.
