Matariki Ahunga Nui Matariki Kanohi Iti was created in 2013 to support the development of Matariki celebrations within Waikato, educating the wider community of the Maori New Year through music and kai.

This event consists of a 3 course menu incorporating traditional Maori ingredients designed and cooked by our guest Chef ANDREW CLARKE who is renowned for his award winning culinary skills in the Waikato.

Joining us on stage as our MC's are a couple of more 'foodies' who some of you may recognise from the NZ TV series My Kitchen Rules and they are none other than HERA TE KURAPA and PATRICK SALMON.
