      Michelin-star chef, Adam Newell, has taught cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in Tokyo, Sydney and Wellington, and loves sharing his passion for food, especially when using local Wairarapa products. In this demonstration event, Adam will prepare a three-course meal using locally grown and raised produce. He'll share his tricks and techniques for making mouth-watering dishes and you'll have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions. After the demo, enjoy a three-course lunch featuring all the dishes you've learned to make, with a glass of local wine (or non-alcoholic alternative) to match.

      Ticket includes: A cooking demonstration, three-course lunch and one glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative.
