Greed, deceit, repressed love and sexual desire: This atmospheric play has it all.

It looks beneath the lies we tell, the lies we tell others, the lies we tell ourselves.

A 20th Century Classic not to be missed; a stunning cast and set!

A family has gathered to celebrate the birthday of ailing patriarch Big Daddy in his Mississippi Delta plantation home, but it's a family in crisis. This is illustrated by the marriage between Big Daddy’s alcoholic son Brick and his unfulfilled wife Maggie “the Cat”, a marriage strained by uncomfortable memories of Brick’s now-deceased former best friend.

This play was a personal favourite of its Mississippi-born playwright Tennessee Williams.
