Along with your photo ID, acceptable forms of vaccination proof include one of the following:
- Your My Covid Record from your phone: My Covid Record (here’s how to set up your My Covid Record)
- A Vaccination Confirmation Letter (here’s how to request a Vaccination Confirmation Letter)
- Your Vaccination Certificate once these become available (via My Covid Record)
