Due to the recent community outbreak of COVID-19 Omicron and the move to a Red Light COVID protection framework across Aotearoa, it is with heavy hearts that we are announcing the cancellation of the February offering of Te Tairāwhiti Arts Festival. Having moved this once already, the further postponement of the event is not viable at this time.

We will continue to plan for our festival event later in 2022 and look forward to bringing the full might of our creative abundance in Tūranga-nui-ā-Kiwa and the great Te Tairāwhiti region. Our sincerest aroha goes out to all our artists, crew, suppliers, ticket holders and community who have backed and believed in us since the beginning.

Two of the finest songwriters in Aotearoa are teaming up for a special night of music. Friends and long-time collaborators, Anna Coddington and Julia Deans are acclaimed musicians in their own right, for one special night they combine forces to bring a rich blend of their creative genius.

From cutting and powerful, to poignant and achingly beautiful, Coddington and Deans are a double dose of the best part of music in Aotearoa.
