You've heard of "Paint and Wine", this is "Chocolatier and Wine”.

Let Wellington Chocolate Factory chocolatiers help you craft and wrap your own three chocolate bars while enjoying a glass of Palliser Estate wine. You'll be challenged to temper your own chocolate, mould your own bars, and be your artistic self, choosing and arranging your bar toppings from an array of ingredients, before sealing the deal by hand wrapping your three bars to take home with you. Chocolatier status achieved!

While your chocolate bars are cooling down, you will learn about the parallels between cocoa beans and chocolate and grapes and wine, and how flavour is in a state of flux depending on cocoa bean variety, origin, and harvest. During this intermission, there will also be a chocolate and wine matching/tasting session.

Ticket includes: Two glasses of wine, three custom chocolate bars, wine and chocolate tasting.

Please note that seating for this event will be at shared tables, this means you may be seated with other people as well as the group you have booked with.
