Traditional French cuisine is heavy on the meat and light on the plants. Le Cordon Bleu have challenged their chefs to change their thinking and apply traditional French techniques to the beautiful plant-based ingredients available here in Aotearoa, New Zealand. They have developed an exciting vegetarian menu, created in collaboration with one of their plant-based alumni. Look forward to a five-course degustation matched with a selection of organic wines chosen by Le Cordon Bleu's wine director.
