Enjoy live cooking stations, henna and games as dishes circulate throughout the evening. Enjoy chat, kebabs, Indian sliders and Indo-Chinese all from Mumbai alongside authentic South Indian curries and sweets.

Featuring three talented chefs from Dillingers, head chef Prathamesh P Nair from Mumbai, Bibin Das from Kerala and Brigitta Josopandojo from Indonesia.

Prathamesh's culinary journey began in the kitchen with his mum in the culinary melting pot of Mumbai. His formal French cuisine training helps chef Prat give every dish a modern touch while still keeping it authentic to his roots.

Chef Bibin's background in ecology and biodiversity couldn't win over his love for food. Growing up in his father's restaurant, taught Bibin everything he knows about Indian food. Kerala is known as the land of spices and that's exactly what you will explore throughout Bibin's dishes.

Chef Brigitta hails from Indonesia where the influence of Indian food is everywhere. Brigitta studied at Le Cordon Bleu honing her culinary skills and now brings this blend of training and heritage to her cooking.

Ticket includes: Cooking demonstration, goody bag with recipes and spices, henna, games and chaat station.
