To celebrate the launch of Grand Designs New Zealand on TVNZ 1, Jaguar is thrilled to be hosting guided luxury drives across the country, showcasing some of New Zealand’s most magnificent homes.

The Jaguar Design Drives will take intimate groups behind the scenes to experience leading innovation in both architecture and automotive design.

Guided by the show’s new presenter, Tom Webster, guests will have the opportunity to explore some of the remarkable homes that have featured in previous seasons of Grand Designs New Zealand, as well as some incredible builds that will be revealed in the new series, airing October 18th.

Tom will welcome guests at Archibald’s & Shorter, Greenlane, where they will collect the keys to a Jaguar I-PACE or F-PACE vehicle before embarking on the bespoke drive tours. 

Guests will be given exclusive access to four Auckland houses based in Muriwai, Whitford and Point Chevalier. Among the locations, will be the staggeringly beautiful Burnt Pavilion House, featured in the show’s fifth season as well as the asymmetrical Motūtara house which appeared in the very first season.

While learning about the intricate details of each design, guests will enjoy an exquisite lunch created by Hercules Noble, famed for his iconic sourdough and private chef dining experiences. Hercules will be serving guests an array of Mediterranean-style dishes at one of the house locations.

All drivers will be asked to pesent a valid NZ driver’s licence on arrival and must be over 25.

Tickets are $1,500 for up to 2 people to experience the Jaguar Design Drive, either attendee over 25 may drive the vehicle with a valid NZ driver's license.
