Rosé in the Roses
Longbush Cottage is hosting an exciting new summer event on Saturday, December 2nd, which promises to be an unforgettable experience. The event will be a celebration of the new vintage of rosé wine and the blooming roses that will be in abundance on the day.

You will be able to bask in the beauty of hundreds of blooming roses that will be at their best, displaying their vibrant colours and fragrance. You'll have plenty of opportunities to take photos and stroll through the stunning country garden, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

As you wander through the gardens, you can enjoy a glass of local rosé from 26 Rows Vineyard, Martinborough, or choose from a selection of other drinks available. You can also look forward to savouring delicious food prepared by Anderson Street Kitchen while listening to live music by Will Prior and sipping coffee by Levitate Coffee. Make sure to bring a picnic blanket, and don’t forget the sunscreen!

It's important to note that this is an R18 event, and tickets are limited. The gates will open at 11 a.m., and the bar will close around 4:30 p.m.

Location and transport
Longbush Cottage is 15 minutes from Martinborough and Carterton, at 1023 Longbush Road, Longbush, 5884.

Car parking is available, or if travelling in groups, shuttles can be self-organised through one of the local shuttle companies. The following companies are Wairarapa-based and can provide taxi services to and from Longbush Cottage. Early booking is essential. There are no Uber services in the Wairarapa.
